1. Return Conditions:

 

We accept returns of unused, unwashed products in their original packaging, with all tags attached, within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Return Process:

 

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service at contact@bike-field.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your product back.
  • Step 3: Carefully package the items and send them to the address provided by our customer service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

 

3. Refunds:

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

 

4. Non-Eligible Items:

 

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items

 

5. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange a product, please follow the same return process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the shipment of the new item.
